2009 Mandate:
"A CHANGE OF MIND IN 2009"

This is the Year for the Church to Rise and Shine, and move out into greatness, which God has already prepared for His Beloved People.

A Change of Mind in 2009:
Nine is the number for Completion. God's Word makes us complete. We become complete as we permit God's character to take permanent residence in our lives. In order for God's character to take permanent residence in our lives, we must have a Change of Mind in 2009. It's not just a one-time change, but many changes.

In the mind is where sin is conceived. We must start there. James 1:13-15 says, "Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil neither tempteth he any man: But every man is tempted when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin, and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death."

The lust or desire conceives and from this conception sin is born. The mind must be changed.

Romans 12:2 says, "And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God."

Conformed means to give the same shape or to be in harmony with. Transformed means to change a thing into a different thing.

Our mind must take on the same shape of Christ, thereby the mind will be changed into a different thing: the mind of Christ. Let's have a Change of Mind in 2009.
